Ingredients German Rosemary Garlic Potatoes
1 kg small to little potatoes
4 garlic cloves
3 fresh branches rosemary
salt, pepper to taste
some olive oil
Cooking Instructions German Rosemary Garlic Potatoes
Squeeze peeled garlic cloves through a garlic press and mix with olive oil.
Place into fire proof form. Spice with salt and pepper, mix well.
Peel potatoes, place into form, mix well so all potatoes are glazed with the oil-garlic mix.
Put rosemary branches on top.
Bake in pre-heated oven on 370 F (convection) for 30-60 min. Mix all 8-10 min and pour some oil over the potatoes. Potatoes are done when they show a crunchy garlic crust and are slightly brown.
