Ingredients German Authentic Egg Salad
6 eggs, boiled
125 g Greek natural yogurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp German mustard, medium
1 tsp capers
8 small pickles
salt, pepper, nutmeg, cayenne pepper to taste
1 garlic clove (optional)
Cooking Instructions German Authentic Egg Salad
- Boil eggs, place them for 2 min in cold water, peel.
- Cut eggs in slices.
- Chop pickles.
- Combine all other ingredients to a dressing. Add eggs.
- The egg yolk should mix with the dressing.
- Add chopped parsley before serving.
