1 Pk. vanilla sugar (0.3 oz) – How to make Vanilla Sugar –
1/2 Pk. baking powder (Dr Oetker), 0.25oz
about 4-5 apples

– Combine all ingredients, except apples, in a bowl. Mix well.
– Peel apples, remove core and seeds, cut first in halves, then in slices.
– Place batter into a greased cake spring form (7 inches)
– Layer all apples on top.
– Bake in preheated oven on 355 F for about 60-70 minutes.
